According to ITEA, PHRESH improves emergency care by combining wearable sensors, AI, and secure connectivity. It enables real-time data sharing and hands-free documentation, helping paramedics and hospitals act faster, improving triage, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

PHRESH (2025–2028) boosts emergency care with fast, secure patient data using sensors, analytics and AI. Its first project meeting was held in Istanbul in Oct 2025.
